I love the service. HOWEVER, there are many companies who are merely brokers and do not have the equipment or the drivers to complete the shipments. They wait until they are (the likely) low bidders and then go looking for these things. This is not a problem of itself but YOUR SYSTEM SHOULD IDENTIFY THESE COMPANIES. If you look at a lot of the post shipment comments its clear that the shipper made a commitment he/she couldn't keep and the owner is screwed. Pretty easy and efficient. The app and website could be easier to navigate, especially the messaging system. Also, when you book with someone that you have been communicating with, it would be nice if the conversation could then be linked to the shipment. Service though, was very good.
