This was my first time using UShip and overall, it was a very easy process and great experience. Used it as I am relocating across the country and the service from the company in dealt with was exceptional. I did have hesitation to try out this format as opposed to having the moving company contract out with their contacts, but I would 100% use it again if and when we need to.
After submitting an excellent bid on uShip, Jamil and his team delivered our two large dressers quickly as promised and in perfect shape. He kept in contact with me throughout the pickup and delivery process. As these are treasured family pieces, I couldn't be happier with the wonderful service Jamil provided. The quoting and booking process on uShip was very easy and user friendly. My driver did a great job. The only thing that would have made my experience better is if the tracking was in real time. On a 1500 mile trip, it only updated location 3 times. At first I thought there was a problem or break down, then I realized the location was not updating.
