Used it as I am relocating across the country and the service from the company in dealt with was exceptional. I did have hesitation to try out this format as opposed to having the moving company contract out with their contacts, but I would 100% use it again if and when we need to.

The quoting and booking process on uShip was very easy and user friendly. My driver did a great job. The only thing that would have made my experience better is if the tracking was in real time. On a 1500 mile trip, it only updated location 3 times. At first I thought there was a problem or break down, then I realized the location was not updating.
