I went to VA cars West Broad location to look for a car. I first read the reviews which made my decision easy. Upon arriving Ramon Alvarez met me at the door and helped me with my purchase. It was pouring rain but that didn't stop him from showing me several different cars. Ramon treated me very well. I would highly recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Ramon!
