I do not recommend VA cars West broad Facebook for some odd reason keep saying I do let's start with the beginning. One I was promised a full tank of fuel and a clean car. One I barley made it to the gas station ( or at least give me enough fuel to make it home seriously) and two there was candy rappers under my seats.( Thank God I am not horrible allergy to peanuts) and I found some peanuts on the backseat The check engine light came on on my way home. Sold me a really messed up car , just to not pay for the damages nor could their service department even fix it so I had to get it towed three times out of my pocket. Signed me up for a 3 year 45k mile warranty just to not honor it. Terrible service and threatening managers. Had a the person who sees these reviews call me after I put the above review on this site asking me to take it down because he was going to help me and never did since it’s been 5 days and he never did. They don't really try to work with you even if you are a returning loyal customer. Glad to have other options open now with people that are happy to have my business and not looking to rip me off.

I went in to this location today with a friend. They was looking for car there before we went someway else. Salesman and the sale manager was pushy and didn’t take no for an answer when we was trying to leave because we didn’t see anything we liked or in the price range.

Purchased a vehicle about 3 weeks ago, I'm paying out of pocket expenses already because VA cars refuse to pay for repairs.

Honestly, the staff is very friendly. The process was pretty quick in office, processing my trade in & driving the car off the lot. Here we are a month later and I’m still having to send in information for income, they have ran my credit 5 times now for whatever reason to verify the income after sending 6 or 7 months worth of pay stubs in. Usually I hear of people getting a car, being approved and not having to worry but I think they rushed me off the lot with a vehicle and now there’s issues. Hands down the absolute shittiest customer service I have ever seen.the sales rep there are so quick and I'm a hurry to make a sale that they don't do their jobs correctly!!then after they sell you a car they Harass you oh the bank needs this the bank needs that,well if there sales rep did their jobs from step one we wouldn't have this issue we psid the 2k down then several weeks passed they said they needed another 1k amongst the 2 months payment we had already made!!
