Waited on the phone to long. customer service skills suck. And when they did get on the line it was very unprofessional
Liars and con artist!!!! Had me lie to the bank and left me with no vehicle after giving a trade in!!!! SO NOT GO HERE!!! They will probably delete my review like they did my sons so I’ll keep writing on google 😊
My experience with they wasn't good. I went to buy my wife a van, my salesmen was Roman. I told him we could only do 200.00 a month and 1700.00 down. He told me we where approved. Me and my wife signed papers next day took van home a week late got a phone call that my pay was going up and not approved with the same back. I've bought vehicle from other dealers I knew my payment when I left and nothing changes. So be carful with these people they will say anything to sell a call!!!!!

Highly recommend going to see Sean Johnson Sr! I walked in expecting to get an older used car with higher miles based on what other dealers have told me I would qualify for based on my poor credit.. I walked out 3 hours later the new owner of a 2019 Toyota Corolla And Sean got it in my monthly payment price range! 🤩 I am in love with my car!
Let's start by not price gouging and communicate better. I traded my Sante Fe in for Journey, worst decision ever. They claimed to pay off my loan with my other vehicle when all they did was add the amount they "paid off" to the price of the car i bought. I shouldn't have gone alone and I should've asked more questions. There is no way this car I'm driving is worth $22k with a current trade in value of $12k. Loyalty for Life Program is a joke and only used as a ploy to get you to bring vehicles in for service. They are claiming I voided warranty by not getting my oil change done within a certain amount of time - personal issues, moving & work schedules did not allow me to get there during the week. I took it in on a Monday for an oil change and state inspection - NO ONE called to tell me I didn't qualify for the Loyalty program due to the oil change issue. There is too many staff attacking you like vultures to buy a car then when you talk to one representative they don’t ask you anything but your social cause all they care about is the money not trying to actually put you in a car! Run your credit without even telling you how much the car you’re looking for cost. Horrible service will never go there !!!!
