Ramon wasted my time, we told him our credit scores and price range, he still ran the credit(which knocked our score down even more) he then told us “no it’s not 149 down it’s 1500 down” like what the hell. Then while waiting for the second credit check he left us to go help other people when we clearly still had questions about our options. I spoke with an individual less then 10 minutes ago about a transit van. We spoke roughly 4 minutes via the phone discussing the car fax, pricing etc on the van. I told him I would be there shortly to see the van. I drive 10 minutes to West Broad Va Cars. It’s a total of 20 minutes since speaking with whomever. I walk in, look lost for a few minutes. They offered to buy our car today & as my husband was picking up the title they called to say they “changed their minds” & would not be buying the car. Very unprofessional!
