This place is hands down amazing. Everybody there is nice and treats the animals and people with respect. I recommend them to anybody living in the IE. Will definitely return.
Took my mini schnauzer her because he contracted parvo and they healed him! Very thankful! They're vet is awesome. One can tell that they truly care about animals. They also allow some to rain the clinic. Prices were decent, facility was clean, and staff was very caring
Part of my family has been coming here since as far back as I can remember (when Dr. Cox was there). The other part, and I had been going to family friend's practice for a number of years, but I didn't have time before work to drive up there that day. I recently needed to come back as I had adopted a lab, Lily, from the shelter that had come completely with pet tapeworms. I love this vet. They're nice, affordable, patient, clean... the list goes on. I have nothing but good things to say of them and nothing but good experiences with them.
This place was AMAZING from the moment I called they showed they cared and got me right in. I had just had a bad experience at another local hospital were they wouldn't take me as a walk in. Jeff was awesome at keeping me updated throughout the day, on the care of my dog. The doctor (wish I could remember her name) but she was also wonderful, caring and thorough with me on the steps we needed to take for the care on my dog benji... I will DEFINITELY recommend.
Excellent care and service. By far the best in the industry. I recently fostered four kittens, and struggled to find a good vet in the area. I received a referral to this vet after being gouged by other vets charging high prices, but offering little to assist my kittens that had URI infections. Unfortunately, two kittens passed away. I never have to wait long to see Dr DuPrez. She treats my cat like her own. Very tender and compassionate. When there is lab work done, she'll call the next morning. Which I appreciate. I drive over 30 miles to see her and it's worth the drive
Dr. Bowers was great. You can tell she really cares about the animals and is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I deducted two stars because the front office staff lack communication and organization with the doctors. They don't seem to be on the same page. Word of advice, make sure you have a conversation with the doctor about your pet and have the doctor go over everything before administering any medication or vaccines.
