I've been going to Valley hospital since they were in Bloomington. I take my 3 dogs there. The doctors are the best! Office staff is great too. I took my 5 year old Boxer with urinary obstruction to Dr. Bowers. She was so thorough with all the exams and she took well care of him. She took her time with him unlike Rialto hospital who wasn't able to treat him because they couldn't handle him. Krista and Brittney were awesome!

Went here two days in a row to get the new family dog checked out and ask a ton of questions. The staff were so helpful and understanding of the situation being that we were new pet owners and were little in over our heads with an infant pup. The knowledge of staff assured us that we had come to the right place and we'll be coming here for all our vet care needs going forward!

just when you think this place is amazing .... they get elevated extraordinary. 2 weeks after we put our baby to sleep. i went to pick up her ashes. i was in awe with all the personal touches they did for our baby. the paw print got me cuz i can see her nails puncture ( i was supposed to cut them). then today about a month later i received a sympathy card with her ink nose and paw prints and personal lil mess from the staff. they took time out of their day to sign the card. thank you guys so much.
Cost of meds very competitive, doctor care excellent The problem with Valley Animal Hospital is Scheduling and Checked-in patient management, I've had 2 occasions where we checked-in 10 minutes before our appointments and sat for 40 minutes+ Poor Office Management, no one checks on status or advised clients that there is a delay. If your looking for good vet care, competitive med prices then go-to Valley Animal Hospital but be prepared to WAIT even when you have a confirmed appointment months in advance
I put my cat to sleep forever here at this hospital. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive. The whole process was very peaceful.

This is truly a wonderful animal hospital! The staff are kind, friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Elsberg is amazing! I arrived for my dog's first appointment and we were taken to the exam room right away, and in only a few minutes Dr. Elsberg came in to see my baby. She was so patient and compassionate! My dog is elderly, and she got down on the floor with him! She did a thorough exam and patiently answered all my questions. They are conscientious about pet care, as well as cost.
