Valley Animal Hospital has been great for all of my pets. I like Dr. DuPrez's style in that she doesn't beat around the bush when discussing your pet's healthcare needs. I prefer that open and straightforward type of communication. All of the staff have been very helpful when needed. When I had a couple of emergencies with my pets they were able to either able to squeeze me in or help me find a nearby emergency facility to receive treatment. I currently have all of my pets seen at their office.

Our little girl, Frida, went in to have her teeth cleaned. She came out bouncy and happy and her teeth look beautiful! Prior to her teeth cleaning, we were fully informed as to the procedures that would be taken and the estimated cost. There were no surprises and everything went as expected. Great place, treat your animals right. My daughter, Roxanne was treated so well while she was getting spayed. She healed up nicely and has been rambunctious ever since.

I truly believe this is the best animal hospital ever. The doctors and staff all have compassion for my fur babies. Other places just see an opportunity to take advantage of your dire situation. And this place just wants what's best for your loved ones and you. I'd take my human kid here if they'd see him.

This place is awesome! Dr. Elsberg is THE BEST!!!! she's very attentive and explains everything very thoroughly, and is up front about everything. The facility is very big and clean and the whole staff were very nice and accommodating!!!

Amazing attention to detail and attention to the comfort our my Puppy. Relocated from the Long Beach area and have found our go-to in the IE! Great staff all around!
They took care of both my babes this week! One has a hip issue which they clearly outlined. The other got fixed for a decent cost and very timely. They are no joke when it comes to fur baby care.
