This is truly a wonderful animal hospital! The staff are kind, friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Elsberg is amazing! I arrived for my dog's first appointment and we were taken to the exam room right away, and in only a few minutes Dr. Elsberg came in to see my baby. She was so patient and compassionate! My dog is elderly, and she got down on the floor with him! She did a thorough exam and patiently answered all my questions. They are conscientious about pet care, as well as cost. I can't say enough good things about this facility. The Dr and Tech made my scared dog so comfortable. They even got down on the floor with his which seems small but spoke volumes about their compassion and love for animals. I went here after a not so good experience with another vet. I found Valley Animal Hospital to be everything I've been looking for and has the most reasonable prices. I was quoted over $300 at my previous vet. Really nice experience with the whole team at Valley Animal Hospital. I had some anxiety around making a vet appointment for my cat, as I've had some bad experiences with vets in the past. Great customer service. Great hospital. I felt comfortable leaving my girl here to get her teeth removed and was called throughout the day with checkups. This will definitely be my new go to vet for all my dogs.
