Average experience, nothing special. Pretty simple and straightforward to deal with, average price on vehicle. Didn't get pushy or weird until we got to the back office and refused the "upsales" like extended warranty and prepaying for "oil changes" etc. It got a lil tense as we repeatedly declined, but i think all dealers do that nonsense. The truck was kinda dirty from sitting on the lot when i bought it, once we got it home and washed it, we discovered several scratches, paint chips and deep swirls in the clear coat. I recommend Valley GMC to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! I worked with Colin who was respectful, friendly, and did his job well without being pushy. He contacted me appropriately during the process while also giving me my space. Just Great We have been dealing with Valley GMC since the 70s, we have bought many many new vehicles, the service dept is great and the front office staff are very curtiouse and freidly, even the owner comes and greets you if your in the front office if he's not busy. Yes, very good dealership.
