Great staff Took the 18 Canyon in for its first oil change that was purchased at another GM dealership. They could not get us in for a week. Looked online and found Valley. Drove right in on a Saturday morning and the team that serviced my car was truly working as a team and very professional. Fast, great listening sales people, fluid trip We had a rough go at a couple of other big dealers and we were so relieved to find this lot and the sales people that listened, respected me as a woman and made the purchase fluid through the entire process, even with two small kids with me.
Excellent Had oil and filter changed in 2014 Buick Encore, technitians were courteous and professional. I have been dealing with Vally Buick GMC for years and allways been treated like family.

Car buying done correctly. Met at our appointment time by the man we had spoken to on the phone. Truck was backed in under a canopy with plenty of light to check it out. Salesman (Luis) was very informative and pointed out different features. He and my wife did a walk-through sitting in the truck. They then took a nice long test drive. Feel like family I am always taken care of at Valley whether it is to buy a vehicle, have service completed, or a quick oil change. The staff and quality that the dealership has assembled for customers is nothing short of phenomenal. Truly Professional We were looking for an SUV with a very specific amenities. Pascal and the team at Valley Buick worked for about a month to find the vehicle that my family needed. Great customer service. Very competitive pricing.. Friendly and informative staff. Estimate was accurate (actually about $50 less than quoted. Service did not require car to be in the shop all day.)
