We were referred here by my regular veterinarian due to the fact that my cat needed immediate and overnight treatment and my private vet didn’t offer it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care that my sweet Mr. Meowgi received. He was admitted here for a little over two days/nights and we were updated constantly on how he was responding to treatment, what tests they were running, possible reasons for him not feeling well, etc.. Thank you to the staff, vet tech, vet assistant and Dr. Heather Jue for the care they extended our sweet Diesel this morning. They were very thorough and considerate, explaining all aspects of the examination process... never assuming but asking us if we wanted to pursue the tests. Diesel is resting and very happy to be home!

They made the process of putting a pet to sleep in a relaxed and calming manner for everyone involved! They also provided a cardboard coffin to take your pet home with a paw print on clay all included and we only paid 65.00 for the entire deal. No questions or guilt inferred.

I just drove close to two hours because I live out in western Maryland where there is no emergency vet. The staff here could not have been more wonderful and respectful. Anyone in the area I would highly recommend seeing these people. They were so fantastic!! Even at 2/3am! Lol

I took Amos on a Sunday night with a fever of a 105. They were very professional and caring. I was ready to spend a bunch of money but it was very reasonable for an emergency veterinary center. However, I elected not to keep him overnight at the center. He is well and healthy and I couldn't ask for anything more. The picture was taken 3 days after being cared for at Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center!
