customer service sucks had an appt drove 30 minutes to go see this truck and when i get there they inform be truck was sold the nite before, they did not have the decency to call me and inform me of this .I will not recommend dealership at all
Don't honor appointments Had an appointment for 7:30 this morning--the first appointment of the day. At 8:30 I walked out because they hadn't even started my service. Of note, I had confirmed the appointment yesterday, and was assured that they would get right on the job.

Not worth the drive!! Total lack of professionalism! I was there for 20 minutes and was insulted 4 times......not worth the drive. I was there to make a deal and buy a vehicle. They were interested in playing games and seeing how much they could take advantage of me. Super disappointing. Lots of vehicles in the world....it is a shame they don't appreciate customers. Like

Valley Nissan scammed us. Do not work with them. Valley Nissan took advantage of us and scammed us out of over $6,000. A few years ago we bought a brand new Nissan Frontier, and had a good buying experience with them. We recently went back to trade in the truck for a family SUV. Terrible Service Experience This summer I had my sunroof replaced at Valley Mitsubishi due to a recall. It leaked really bad and I went in for service on 10/07/19 fix the sunroof. They offered a special on an oil change, tire rotation, new air filter, cabin filter and windshield wiper blades so I had them do that. Very dishonest beware actually run Valley nissan of longmont took advantage of me. Having bad credit lied and said we would have to pay 4k extra to finance company to get loan. Lied about needing 1000 down. Added warranty lied said it was required by finance company. Yes I have learned my lesson. What can I do nothing. All I can say is finance person Eric was not only extremely rude dishonest. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
Never again I purchased a pre-owned certified Nissan Rouge from Longmont Valley Nissan. The purchase process went smoothly and I was pleased however after I had the car for about a year and a half and had driven it for less than 5000 miles it was having major transmission issues. I took it back to them and they told me it was in need of a brand new transmission. The cost was about 1/2 of what I paid for the car. Quality is in the details My heart raced as I laid eyes on the exact car I was looking for! I raced to the phone, spoke to an eager salesman, and waited for the word. Whoops, we wrote the ad wrong, here's the actual details... So disappointed in car dealerships nowadays. Tempted to keep driving my old beater after yet another dealer mixup. This is not fair to motivated excited eager buyers.
