Buyer Beware Buyer beware of this dealership. My brother in law purchased a used vehicle from Valley. The car had several defects that were pointed out before the car sale. Although the salesman said they would be fixed, they never were. When we inquired about fixes after the sale, the dealer shoved an "As Is" agreement in our faces. Good, but I expect great Bought a used car from these guys and the experience has been good so far. Love my used Subaru and the guys at Valley are great. I'm currently testing their commitment to customer satisfaction and will report my findings soon. It took me over 2 months to get the car back to them for a few problem they let me drive off the lot with. They don' I went in on a Friday before the holiday weekend to view a used Honda Element. I was running late to the appointment I had scheduled and gave a courtesy call to Jason, the person I was dealing with to let him know I would be late. He was very grateful I called and said, 'You wouldn't believe how many people just leave you hanging without a phone call.' He thanked me and we met up later. So-So dealership Me and my wife went here twice. The first time we went we were looking for a new Murano. Found one that we liked but when we tried to negotiate our trade and price, the dealership was not willing to budge and kept trying to pressure us in taking the Murano for a higher price. Worst dealer in Rocky Mountain **AVOID THEM** No respect for your time. I called them 1 hour before I left my home and asked if they have cars which I was looking for. The salesman (Nic) confirmed that they have various color options. When I went in, Nic never showed up and moreover they didn't had a single car which I was looking for. Beware the den of thieves Two men in the finance department for my deal. They worked there magic on me to the tune of $595. for a VTR fee. This was in addition to the $497.50 dealer handling & prep fee. Never disclosed it to me nor did I see it posted. After making me wait for well over an hour they took turns keeping me distracted from really being able to read what I was signing.
