I felt like I was rushed to get hooked up. I was not told if it was ok to sleep on my side after I was hooked up to monitoring equipment. More information should be given about using the bathroom and what is ok to do after being connected.

I had to wait nearly half an hour after my appointment time as a follow up to getting a dental appliance. Paid my $60 copay. Met with the PA for about eight minutes who could only ask at this time if I am sleeping better and if I am waking up with pain. Her plan was to have me come back at another time to get the equipment needed to do a follow-up, sleep study, which requires another coinsurance payment; then to have me come in again after the sleep study and pay another copay just to review the results. Took the time to fill out the forms two days prior to the telemed appointment. When the appointment with the Dr started, it was evident he did not even look at what I had filled out. He was more interested in what his hair looked like than the “issue” at hand. I full on believe that I do not have sleep apnea and after reading several reviews, I believe I will not be following up with Valley Sleep Center.
