Co-payment of $200 for less than 3 minutes talk with the doctor and waited for almost an hour. I will not recommend this to my family and friends.

Scheduled for a child under 18 and for a home sleep study. This was discussed at time of scheduling and we were told everything was good to go. Arrived to appointment and was told that they do not do children's sleep studies, do not take our insurance but, for $800 can MAYBE work something out. Seems shady and odd to me. Will not be back and will not be recommending anyone!

Started with clerk calling saying I am late for my appointment (8:15)wrong. It was about 8:05 a m. She said I had an 8:15 a m appointment and gave me a little crap about being late. I told her I had the appointment card and the card said 8:45 a m. I also said I was only a couple of minutes away. Thus I arrived at your office about 8:30 a m. Plenty early for May appointment. My purpose for visiting Valley Sleep Center was to comply with Medicare's 30-90 day doctor's visit after using a CPAP machine. The office staff were pleasant. Dr. Davis had his staff record the information on the chip and was to send to my doctor in Indiana. Satisfied this was completed. I definitely would recommend Valley Sleep Center. Dr. Davis asked to see the results of my sleep study which I did not bring. Perhaps staff should request at time of scheduling appointment.

CPAP follow up and the only information I received was I needed to wear the CPAP more or my insurance might take the machine. What a waste of my time and money. I knew that much. No insight and no questions asked of me. Also of note the person before me was 15 min late.which in turn made me have to wait for my appointment.
Was turned away twice because couldn’t get access to info on my CPAP. I was also turned away second time because I couldn’t pay co-pay due to financial hardship.
