was put on a sleep machine and I didn't need it. Poor communication with me (the patient). I never got a follow up from my study and then was put on a c-pap machine without any follow up. very disappointed in the entire process. staff at the front are not friendly and seem to be talking about personal their personal business. I personally do not need to know who they are dating and who is coming over after work. it would be nice to great patients when they come in, instead of getting a look as to say "what the heck are... read more
They really understand your needs and look for your issues to reduplicate themselves so they can properly diagnose. They seek answers but not try to prove their existence. I appreciate that! Really nice rooms made falling asleep easy! Don’t call any other sleep center in Phoenix

It was clear the physician was not listening. Talking over me. Regurgitating his wisdom from things he has been falsely lead to believe, i.e.. news, media and fed agencies, instead of trusting his medical degree and own ability to make medical decisions. Did not take all of my health symptoms and concerns into account when addressing treatment options. Would not discuss all options available to accurately treat root cause of the problem. If there were a way to give you a lesser rating you would deserve it. When the Doctors eyes lite up when he heard my insurance and then IMMEDIATELY tell me I needed the "Gold" treatment plan ($2800.00 out of MY pocket) to have these folks watch me sleep for 4 hours I suddenly realized what a SCAM I WAS BEING LEAD INTO. If hassling with used car salesmen is your thing this is the place for you if your health is a concern RUN AWAY.
