Great people. My only beef is I've given them a lot of money and not gotten much help. there's two things that I need to be addressed short-term insomnia long-term better sleep. I feel they just keep asking for more money. I'm almost sure they don't have a solution for short-term...their plan is too string it out while sucking money. It's getting old and I'm going to start asking for money back.
TELL PEOPLE FROM THE GET GO HOW MUCH IT WILL BE FOR THE SLEEP STUDY SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO WASTE THE $300 OR +200 FOR THE CONSULTATION, THAT IS WHERE THEY GET YOU, THAT IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL, i HAD A 5 MIN. CONSULTATION FOR $300, ON A PAYMENT PLAN SO NOW i AM STUCK PAY THAT MONEY FOR A 5 MIN. CONVERSATION THAT IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL ITS MESSED UP.
Charge too much money did offer payment for sleep study who has $600 just to give I sure dont
Upon entering lobby no greeting or acknowledgement. The receptionist argued about copay...I have 2 insurance. I absolutely hate going to this location. You need to improve on customer service. Receptionist are the face of the company and their impact and response speaks volumes about service.

The employee's at the Sleep Center supply building are not competent and lack know of their products, especially the masks. A simple order is made way too difficult. In addition, the way items are billed is ripping off the insurance companies. If you have the choice, order your supplies online and you will save money.
Honestly i got more info about my situation from a medical student then I did from this "doctor" Horrible just horrible

I forgot to tell you last time that I still don’t have my machine!! Dr R wanted it right away and they r making me wait till aug2...I’m really upset by this because I really need it!
