Service advisor Danny, kept me informed of the the progress of the work on my RDX and all work was done to my satisfaction. The complimentary wash and interior cleaning were outstanding.
I like Taylor's attitude and patience. I didn't like the service technician giving me an old maintenance report on an air filter (inside the glove box) that I had changed a few days before bringing the car in for an oil change.

Everyone was very professional and kind no issues in out in 2.5 hours! Not bad for buying a car from start to finish . Shout out to my sales rep Alex she was professional and a joy to work with.
I like the fact that I feel that my car is in the best hands, but I felt that it took too long to work on my car. I was even told that the work had to be re-done because it wasn't done right the first time. That being said, I do appreciate them catching it and doing the work correctly.
