I gave the rating a 4 due to the amount the repair , the customer service Adviser, said the repair would be. And when I picked of my vehicle and went to the cashier to paid for the repair, that amount was higher than the customer Service Advise quoted me when I arrived in the service department and gotten the quote for the Transmission service they were going to do, when I dropped my vehicle off. Also, I was going to give a 3 stars due to the condition of Ubers, vehicle wasDirty, carpet& seats.
