My Rep was awesome he explained the details of the special I saw on Facebook. He also asked to bring a picture to show what I was referring too. Took my car and 8n about a hour my car was washed and ready to go. Thanks Arlington Honda I'm a satisfied customer. Job well done Happy Holiday 's to all and to all a goodnight.

Generally i don't like that it costs more than the dealership than other repair shops. That said, Casey (my service advisor) provided the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. She was communicative, responsive, friendly, helped me save money in places (e.g., offset costs), and gave me a little surprise and delights along the way. And my car was done much sooner than expected. I am impressed with Vandergriff Honda's service and professionalism.
