Mr. Hung Ho was very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He is the best Service person I have had at Vandergriff Honda, and that's saying something! He was able to get my car serviced in a timely fashion, was able to help me with a multitude of questions (like navigating the keyless lock system/ how to adjust my seatbelt, etc.-- which I couldn't figure out from the instructions).
