From the late night questions to the document explanation and reviewing to the personal information to help make better decisions in life I will say he’s more like family and a mentor than just a loan officer. Rick and his team were so easy to work with. They kept the work my wife and I had to do in the loan process to a minimum. Great communication and customer service. The BEST loan experience I’ve ever been through and EXTREMELY quick. Even my realtor said he was shocked at how quickly everything was processed!
