We had to send in the same documents to three different people because they had not been shared with each other. We did not close on time because they did not send us a final document to sign with no reason as to why it was sent late.

It felt like our rep let us know about things that weren’t very important but wasn’t on top of the bigger things. For example he’d call us to say that our application was sent to someone for review when we didn’t know what that meant or why it mattered. But when we were having difficulty signing something the week of our closing he hastily said it didn’t matter and it seemed like he’d forgotten our question and just wanted us out of his hair.
