Very great experience. Anna was very helpful in the whole process. She answered all our inquiries and allayed all our fears with regards to the rate increases. She gave us a monthly payment that will be easy in our pockets.
The process was clear from start to finish and very user friendly. I liked the use of customer portal for document submission as compared to email use. On the portal I felt safer. The staff were very helpful and responded to my questions.. Thank you so much for the efficiency in the startup process.
