Craig was awesome to work with. This was mine and my wife’s first time going through the home buying process and Craig was exceptional to work with. He explained everything to us the entire way through the process and was able to answer any question that we had along the way. He was very responsive in real time and we absolutely loved going through the buying process with Craig and Velocio as a whole.

We had the pleasure of working with Chandler on our home mortgage. After having a horrible experience with another company, she was a breath of fresh air. She made the process a breeze and was there to answer any questions we had, even after hours. She called us multiple times to explain our loan terms to us so that we understood everything which we really appreciated. She was even able to make it to our closing which we appreciated. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a loan.

The process was clear from start to finish and very user friendly. I liked the use of customer portal for document submission as compared to email use. On the portal I felt safer. The staff were very helpful and responded to my questions.. Thank you so much for the efficiency in the startup process.
