There were loan changes that I was not informed of. Poor communication and a lot of confusion
I was hoping for a lower rate, I wish I had locked in a rate much earlier in the process. I should perhaps been more proactive since I believed the rates were headed up.

Most horrible experience. 6 month process and asking for papers up to and including closing day. Wrote a negative review at closing and heard "not one word" from this company. Deplorable. Loan Processor, not in AZ, should not have a job. Makes it very hard for Sales team when it is the proprietary lender with incentives. Plus refused to provide reverse mortgage options to senior. As a Realtor I cannot recommend them. A dissatisfied new Ashton Wood's homeowner in Eastmark.
