Mortgage process was fantastic but then my loan was sold to Loan Care, LLC which currently has 1 star on pretty much every review site. Extremely long hold times, late payments on taxes and insurance, escrow account mismanagement. Velocio pretty much sold my loan to the bottom of the barrel in mortgage servicing companies. I have a feeling I’ll be regretting ever going with Velocio.
