The end of the mortgage process was awful. I never received calls from anyone explaining the final payment per month from anyone. I had to find out during the signing about the possibility of tax increase from the estimated monthly payment in the closing documents. Also, we had to ESign closing documents on Thursday night so closing could happen on Monday as planned. However, we didn’t get the notification to sign until 6:30pm at night.
