I am interest in the facility. The moving time would have to be when I can get out of my current contract, getting a mover , the availability of an apartment there. And of course movers. I have lived here at Verena for 4 years and I enjoy my apartment and wonderful neighbors. So many opportunities for activities including; a beautiful pool, bingo, arts and crafts, an excellent gym, exercise programs, bridge and other card games and many more. Also, there is transportation for trips to museums, concerts, symphonies, shopping, and doctor appointments (certain days for shopping and doctors). You will not be bored. I moved to NC and Verena 11/18/2024 and have enjoyed everything about Verena. We have a hands on Director who listens and takes action. Had some issues with chefs but all is good now with Chef Matt. Lots of activities to do and very friendly folks living here.

Verena at Bedford Falls is exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly respectful — the building staffs makes every visit to see loved ones feel special. Thoughtful service, great people, and a welcoming atmosphere every time.
The building is nicely maintained inside and out. The interior design of the common areas seems like a well-appointed luxury resort. While walking around I noticed people socializing, laughing and heading off to a different activity. The residents I did speak to mentioned they favor the full calendar of activities, both on site and off premises. Many residents could not speak highly enough of the chef. I have lived at Verena for 6 years. It’s centrally located near shopping, restaurants, grocers, and, most importantly, medical care. Our staff is friendly, caring, thoughtful and go the extra mile. They offer many enriching programs, card games, and social events. We can share, and learn as much or as little as we choose. I’m thankful to call Verena my home.

I’ve lived here 1 and 1/2 years. I’ve made a lot of friends; other residents and also members of the staff. I’m happy here, content and I feel safe. There are many activities like cardio drumming, line dancing, water aerobics to name just a few. The food is pretty good and I couldn’t ask for a better housekeeper than [name removed]!

Everyone is so friendly and kind. The food is very good and so many activities to participate in. I love the cardio drumming and line dancing. The gym is always accessible and is convenient. It's just a fun place. You can sit in your room and read or go to the living room and meet people. I'm very happy I chose Verena for independent living.

The atmosphere is conducive to the residents. It has activities that include everyone. The heated pool is terrific for exercise and the floor plan of the building makes it easy for walking. People are friendly and welcoming.
