There are so many great residents to be friends with. The food us really good! The staff here really cares too. The crowd here feels young lively. The apartments are modern and well laid out. I love it here!
Very happy here. Delicious food, wide variety of activities with amazing staff dedicated to residents safety and happiness. Super activities dept always has exciting trips and creative projects. Great location for shopping and access to health care.
Have use of a 2 bedroom apartment front floor. Find that in my own personal opinion this faculty is more like a nursing place not independent living.
Both are great. Friendly residents. Independent living it is not.

The maintenance is very good and all of the staff are helpful. They could improve on the food by offering a salad bar and having more variety on their menu. They could improve on activities by trying to get more residents involved. Overall I would recommend Verena at Bedford Falls to others.

Facility felt like a hotel instead of an independent living facility. The food was okay. The residents seem happy with this community. My negative no employee/contact person are in the building from late afternoon until the following morning.

I moved my parents here 2 years ago from Arizona. It was a difficult adjustment for them, but the staff at Verena made the transition so easy. My mom enjoys not having to cook any more and enjoys the delicious food prepared by the chefs. My parents got involved in Bingo and play about twice a week. My mom was also excited they have a Mahjong group as she played in Arizona. There is a monthly calendar with daily activities, so there is always something to do. For the past two years, I have lived at Verena at Bedford Falls independent living facility. When we tired of taking care of a large home, yard, and all that goes with owning and caring for a home, we made an appointment to visit Verena. We walked in and immediately felt a peaceful warmth that I had never experienced. It was where we belonged!
