I moved into Verena 4 years ago and am very glad I did. Our caring staff work together to keep us safe, comfortable, and happy. It’s like you have an extended family available every day. Great food, exercise gym, swimming pool, and gardening if you are interested. You can choose to play cards, dance, paint, numerous crafts, watch movies, read, and sing. My mom is a resident at Verena at Bedford Falls and the experience has been great so far, overall. This facility is gated and that is comforting. It also provides a balcony for each resident, which was important to us. The staff are helpful and responsive - we had an issue with door locks initially and the staff arrived everyday until it was resolved. The staff and the facility are amazing and get 5 stars. They are very helpful and friendly - it has been a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend Verena at Bedford Falls to anyone.
We really like the closeness of the community but they are currently short staffed in the kitchen and dining room
We looked at a lot of places and chose Verena. I think the most important thing to know about Verena is it feels like home. The staff are wonderful. They know everybody. I don't think they're overly solicitous, but the people who live there are treated like family, which I really like. There's just not enough staff right now, which everybody is facing. Looks like a lovely facility - however, because we have decided that we prefer cottages it would not work for us.
[Name removed] was friendly, patient and kind. Moreover the apartments were beautiful. We also ate lunch there and the food was delicious.Spacious and met our needs. The only reason they did not get a 5 star is because they still had some construction going on.
