Worst advice for my VA disability claim came from Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting. I am still waiting on my in service medical records from the national archive over 9 months later because I listened to the advice of their agent, Ted Molek. I consider it complete incompetence and neglect when I had other faster avenues. Ive lost thousands of dollars in benefits trusting Veterans Guardian but I wont continue that mistake going forward and hope my fellow veterans find help elsewhere.

Waste time, waited weeks just hear back from them. Then get told they need documentation to move forward even though they have all the documentation required. Better off just researching it yourself and doing it on your own.

Listen. I know they’ve done good by other veterans. I’ve been dealing with the VA and their benefit system as a recipient and in a professional capacity for over 10 years. This is a predatory agency exploiting veterans with no other options, those who don’t know another way, those struggling with PTSD, and people trying to navigate the system. I provided all my demographic information and set a 0700 appt all to be forgotten about . I got an email stating - sorry we tried to call but that was in fact BS , I cleared my schedule for this appt and sat by the phone . Wasted my time once but not again . No thank you !!!

I’m out on $200 for a psych evaluation that I was told met the criteria for a ratings increase. My mental health percentage went down from 50% to 30%. We appealed for a higher level review and it was restored to original rating. I left a message on their reps phone 3 weeks ago amd have not heard from them since.
