Two scheduled appointments and no one has contacted me. I have also called and left messages and requested call backs and still no response or return call. Not what I would call great customer service 👎 Guess this is the sign to take my business elsewhere!

they want you to do all the leg work and submit it to them and won't go after medical records and want to charge you if they upgrade your disability would not recommend at all

Scam! These people should NOT be taking a dime of the Veterans money. There are organizations that do this exact same hung for free. Anyone who takes money from disabled veterans, deserves a special place in hell.
