This organization has received several Cease and Desist letters from the actual V.A. because they cannot legally prepare claims for Vets and they charge illegal predatory fees. I will start off with I went from 80% to a soft 90%. However this Is the exact same process that your VA rep in your town can do, there is absolutely zero difference. The only thing that may be different is that they “coach you“ in what words do use. Now that everything is done they continue to email and call as if I’ve added another claim and all they’re trying to do is get more money out of me on the work that I’ve done if you’re going into this thinking that they’re gonna do all the work for you you were wrong. Two scheduled appointments and no one has contacted me. I have also called and left messages and requested call backs and still no response or return call. Not what I would call great customer service 👎 Guess this is the sign to take my business elsewhere!

they want you to do all the leg work and submit it to them and won't go after medical records and want to charge you if they upgrade your disability would not recommend at all
