Excited by all the amazing comments and reviews so I gave them a call. They took my info and said I would get a call back. The phone rep sounded untrained and not too happy to help, didn't think anything of it, but they never returned my call and now I wonder if the rep even took my info at all. Bad first impression. Called another company and they started working with me the same day. Happy to give my money to those who earn it.

Business response:

When I contacted them they wanted me to take a false ptsd claim because it's hard to rebuttal

Business response:

Rob, as fellow vets (and as tax payers) the legitimacy of any claim we work on is of the utmost importance to us. Any VA claim we assist with is based on facts: your service and medical history, as well as independent medical opinions. A PTSD claim like any other requires evidence and symptoms. There’s no short cuts or unethical methodology when it comes to the VA claims process. We never encourage a veteran to pursue a claim strategy with which they are uncomfortable, but we do strive to help you achieve everything you’re m... read more

If you are a veteran this is a no brainer. Veterans Guardian allows the veteran a "KISS" method of applying for your compensation. I've used some of the free organizations that help you with paperwork, but they don't compare to the professional and one on one assistance you get from Veterans Guardian. From start to finish Rayna Salzwedel (rayna.salwedel@vetsguardian.com), and the whole team have been there to walk me through step by step through the whole process. This is a highly professional organization and would and wil... read more

Business response:

Thank you for the recommendation Guy. We are thrilled to hear of your favorable outcome, and great experience. We appreciate the kind words - our vets deserve the absolute best!

from the very first person I talked to, they left information out. I did not know I needed to pay almost 400$ for a useless doctor's visit that the va DIDN'T even take into consideration. obviously I wanted help, so I paid in order for them to help me. every other day my contact changed, and when I had called and left a message needing help with general questions they simply never got back to me. so my result was I had paid out of pocket, and the va didn't change anything whatsoever.

The Veterans Guardian’s counselors spend time going over you past VA claims to determine which disabilities they can get increased.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I have dealt with the VSO in all my claims. I have been denied and denied and denied. I was denied by comp and penn even when I had mental health letters of military related and connected issues. My VSO told me one day, there is nothing else to do. I randomly met another veteran while at work that told me about veteran guardian. I made the call and months later I got the approved rating the VSO told me nothing else will work. Any body that works for the VSO free for the veteran, I feel is ... read more

I appreciate everything on my first claim but they just got back what they had taken away but not what they taken it away for. They took 10% away because they said I missed an appointment it they called me and said the appointment was canceled that morning do to they did they didn’t know what my video interview was about. One month later I received letter saying in September 2019 10% was going to be taken away if I don’t win my appeal, I didn’t know what I was appealing talked to my counselor was told that back in Reagan’s... read more
