We were here with our kitten boy Legolas who had a swollen ear. As it was the last time we were in, they looked our boy over, insured his vitals were good, took his temperature to find he has no fever and confirmed he’s not in any pain. Andrew our vet tech was just wonderful and reassured us that the bruising in his ear could wait until we could see our regular vet tomorrow. And a huge shout out to the receptionists, especially Deb. She puts everyone at ease and she and her partner Sheila run the place like the “Keystone Cop... read more

Monday night our almost 13 year old mini schnauzer Claire lost use of her legs. We rushed her to the emergency Vet. Sadly her situation was not good. The compassion the entire staff gave to our family was very, very caring. They gave us time to spend with Claire and we were with her until she took her last breath. They made us a clay paw print to remember our sweet Claire. 😪

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the level of kindness and compassion we were shown as we put our little guy to rest. The staff was patient and allowed us as as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. After it was over they made a clay paw print for us to take home so we always have something to remember him. I hope you never need this service but if you do they will make it as easy as possible.

Business response:

We're so very sorry for your loss, Jennifer. We hope you and your family take comfort in the memories you've shared with your fur-baby. Thank you for taking the time to write such thoughtful feedback.

We were obviously upset when took our elderly kitty in on a Sunday morning. I had called ahead and told to come then. We were so surprised at the caring and compassion we were shown. And so appreciative of the Vet and staff. They told us to take all the time we needed with her and the vet stayed with us the whole time. Your furbaby is your family and it could've been so much worse. Thank you so much.

A few months ago my Catahoula injured herself at the dog park and was unable to walk, we were worried it was her hips as our vet had told us before that some of her gait issues could be due to early hip dysplasia. It was a Sunday and we needed to take her in and VESH was the only place available. We were treated kindly and they immediately had a vet tech come evaluate her while we waited in the lobby for a room, we come to find out she had actually torn her left ACL and was going to need surgery. And all this time she was mi... read more
