RecommendedAbout a year ago our pup jumped/fell out of the car window on our way to the dog park around 5pm. She was scraped up and a bloody mess. We went straight to VESHW. As panicked puppy parents the staff helped by not only taking great care of our pup but also by calming our nerves. Our pup was treated so well while spending the evening with VESHW staff. She made a full recovery.

The staff that worked with our girl on her last night were nothing short of incredible. We ended up having to say goodbye and they were so kind and accommodating. We were allowed to bring our pup outside onto some grass and her own blanket for her final moments. Every little gesture meant the world to us. A tech offered us bug spray, another held a clipboard for me and walked me through the paperwork while I held onto my girl. The staff went above & beyond for us last night. Unfortunately, we came home to find that our 9 year old Sheltie, Bailey, had died from a very brief illness we were at work. They let us bring Bailey in, took care of contacting Pet Traditions for us, & made a clay paw print of Bailey for us to take home & cherish. We will be forever grateful for the compassion that was extended to us & respect shown to Bailey.

Im beyond grateful for all of you. My baby girl was not ok tuesday and while i was beyond impatient you guys brought her back and she is 100% back to her ornery bratty self! We went here yesterday as our dog was dying. We didn’t make it in time, but they still rushed out to check our pup to see if they could help. Once they told us she had passed they took her inside for us and let us go to a private room with her to grieve. They were super sensitive and caring and very helpful with the options of the next steps to take. I was very grateful that they were so kind to us when we faced such a heartbreaking experience.

The doctors at this vet hospital have saved my dogs life. They are the best doctors and technicians in the city in my opinion! I'm taken my miniature dachshunds there a couple times over the last decade when theyve been injured and they have taken the best care of them and saved their lives!! thank you!!!
