RecommendedI will definitely recommend Victory Home remodeling to any and everyone. Our sales consultant Frank was amazing. He didn't feel like a sales associate at all. He was very personable and relatable. He made sure we understood everything and didn't try to over sell us. From the materials, the process and the pricing Frank made sure we understood everything. RecommendedWe had Jared over as our salesman to give us a quote, he came and was very respectful and helped us pick out the best option for us! A few days later we had a major issue with our house and notified Victory of our issue. We were able to talk to their customer service and they helped us work out our situation and come to a solution! The company was very respectful and helpful the entire time. Would definitely recommend them in the future!
RecommendedPleasurably experience from start to finish. Our sales rep frank was the best, he was personable and the farthest thing from a sales representative. Our roof and gutters look awesome
RecommendedEveryone from start to finish was consultative and involved in the entire process. Made us feel very comfortable and already recommended victory to our friend for new windows!
RecommendedEasy, no micro managing needed. Very clean install and came right on time at 9am as promised and finished in less than a day. Was able to work from home as if no one was even here installing windows.
RecommendedEasy process, on time and professional with everything. Crew was polite and clean. Would recommend to anyone that needs home improvements
RecommendedEveryone is super friendly and not pushy, clean job site. Very happy with my windows
RecommendedVery nice and helpful guys.Work done in time, beautiful work!Price is very good!
RecommendedThe sales man and the workmen were all extremely wonderful and professional. The sales guys were also extremely knowledgeable and let us know every option available to us without pushing us into a sale. We did end up deciding to replace all our windows and they came out astonishing. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and work these men did for us as well as to how kind and friendly they were. Highly recommend!!
