Everyone was so kind and I was in and out in an hour
Everyone efficient professional knew their job. Only complaint was today, 24 hours after when I was there, called to speak to a nurse, not feeling well, as of now, 5pm still no call. That is disappointing.
What few times I have had to visit VIK Complete Care, the administrative and medical staff have always been friendly, compassionate and informative no matter what your issues. Follow up phone calls and the ability to ask ongoing questions if necessary is a plus for one of the best clinics around. Thank you!
De Campbell had the best bed side manor explaining things in detail throughout. They took all the precautions to make sure they diagnosed me correctly. Nurses were also pleasant and professional.
