Needs to do better The apartments need to be updated. The playground is totally outdated, super small, and pointless. The air conditioning units are ALWAYS going out. The current property manager just states they know about the issue and they are doing their best, but ARE NOT, and goes on about the renovations they are making. Run This place is terrible! They have bed bugs! I lost everything because this community has a bed bug problem. The manager Debra is an evil person. Run! This is a horrible place. They even gave me a bad rental review because I decided to leave instead of staying herebwith their bed bugs. On top of it all, they would not even treat the bed bugs, until I decided that I would no longer live in their infested apartment with bugs!
Dirty Community Northwinds is located in an area between upscale locale and the projects. Many of the tenants throw trash out behind the buildings and into the woods. I've seen an aquarium, couch and computer desk sitting on the edge of the woodwork. On the weekends it isn't rare to see all sorts of fast food trash scattered around the parking lot.
