Verified Renter I’ve been waiting for a few fixes to my apartment but otherwise I have no complaints. The older management was horrendous but the new company is kinda better except they tow cars when the only issue is the registration needing to be done

Verified Renter The current management is by far the best that we have had in the last 4 years. They have been great about getting repairs done that some have been waiting for since move in. One downside for us is the rent increase when my apartment has not been updated like all the apartments around me.
Verified Renter Great management team! They’re really trying to change things in this neighborhood. I have an renovated 3 bedroom and I love it for the most part. I have loud neighbors that play music all time of night other then them it’s a pleasure living here

Verified Renter The community itself is not bad. It's fairly quiet and the people I have met have been nothing but friendly and polite. The highlight of living here has been the maintenance crew. They are incredible. You put in an issue (that they are allowed to fix) and they go above and beyond to fix it. They come in no more than 24 hours after you've reported the issue to come fix it. Verified Renter I have been living here for almost a year now and I only had one problem. Once I brought it up to the staff they took care of it immediately. I will recommend them to everybody if I could.
