Verified Renter I’ve been staying at village 1373 for two years now. I haven’t had any complications my whole time being here. The staff is friendly and very understanding. I highly recommend this as a affordable and safe place to reside.
Verified Renter Since new management has taken over the property has taken a turn for better. They have added alot to the complex and I especially love the security cameras. I would like to see a park added for the kids though. Maintenance is A rated as well and comes to fix any issues with urgency.

Verified Renter Staff is not very friendly, you have to be rude to get anything done because they are rude to you. Maintenance is amazing though, so friendly and really care about their job. It’s a good starter apartment but nothing long term in my opinion.
Verified Renter Overall, my experience at Village 1373 has been more positive since the new management company has taken over. There are still things they are working to improve, but overall I am pleased with the area. Maintenance is really good as well. Anytime I have had an issue, they have solved it within 72 hours (including replacing my stove.)
