Verified Renter So far so good. Everyone in the office has been pleasant and although my AC issue has been an issue way before you all began managing the property I reside in; they have been most accommodating in trying to find, fix or rectify the situation.
Yay For New Management!! When I moved in back in November, the place was awful. Management was terrible and I had water leaks that went on for days. Since the new management, everything has changed. They answer their phones and return messages promptly, the property is looking better, and they are making progress on our new indoor gym!! Very happy with Management thus far.

Just moved in I first discovered north winds while searching apartments.com I have to say I have been here for 3 months and def not bad so far I come from Out of state so that is what I am using as a comparison. The pros are the apartment is EXTREMELY spacious 2 balconies 2 full spacious bathrooms big closets and alot of storage space. Also washer dryer hookup and fireplace!!!!!! My only cons are old appliances in kitchen and horrible cabinetry!!!!!!!!! And the lawn and trees are maintained but some of walls in the hallways ... read more
Northwinds I like the apartment complex. No one bothers you, but everyone is friendly. The building I am in consist of a few children but very family oriented people. Since moving to NC, I have moved every year. I think I may have found somewhere to actually settle down for a little while.
