The staff at Anthology of Denton are very friendly, considerate and respectful of those in their care. Moving into Assisted Living is far more complex than I realized. The Director of Sales and Nursing were extraordinarily helpful and patient as I navigated this process for my father. The dining experience is in transition and I was told that on the tour so no surprises there, but they are short staffed. It was not what I expected The assistance part was not up to par. The food was not anywhere near to what is presented. The only real value to us was the in house therapy, it was excellent. I would not recommend it to anyone that needed restroom assistance regularly. Some maintenance issues.
A little expensive - make sure you know what you're getting into. Anthology was short-staffed during my visit ([date removed]) and the staff skipped my mom for showers sometimes. My parents liked the food and activities. I liked the upper level staff. [name removed] and [name removed] were very helpful. I wasn't there long enough to get to know others on the team. Ultimately my parents were there 8 months and then we brought them to Georgia to be near us.
Anthology is a beautiful and clean facility. The staff is very caring, responsive, and personally invested in my mother's care. The management is very attentive and involved in mother's well being as well!
Could not ask for a better place for my mom.
We have been very pleased with our experience at Anthology of Denton. She had moved from another facility close by and it is a night and day difference. The accommodations in the rooms are far superior than where we were at. The room sizes are very comfortable and spacious. We would definitely recommend Anthology of Denton to other families looking.
A Place for Mom was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the facilities. I visited many facilities and then chose my 2 favorite places for her. She chose Anthology. Everyone at Anthology has been very helpful. Mom is very happy there. There are plenty of activities for Mom to participate in, the food is very tasty, and all the residents are happy and friendly. Everyone has been professional, considerate and patient as we adjust to the new situation.
Spacious rooms with resort like amenities. Staff is friendly at times does take them time to respond.
We chose Anthology of Denton because we really liked the staff that we met and also the layout of the apartments themselves. All of the staff call my dad by his first name - I love that they really get to know the residents and it makes it more personable. I would absolutely recommend Anthology to others looking.
