Anthology of Plano is one of the most loved felt communities we have ever been in. We are so grateful for all they do. It is not just a assisted living facility it is a true family. We brought my Grandma to see this facility and was very impressed with what we saw. My grandma needs help with daily living activities like getting dressed and in/out of the shower which they were able to provide, not to mention there is a nurse on property 24 hours a day. They even had a movie theater, exercise classes, and a happy hour! The residents and staff were all friendly and looked to be enjoying themselves. When my mother started showing signs of aging, I had a hard time realizing it was time for a change. Beautiful community, caring staff and clean! I have seen many assisted living communities and this one is far superior. The care staff is extremely attentive and I have often seen the Executive Director interact with residents as if they are her actual family. I can't say enough about Anthology of Plano.
This community is so much better than anything I expected. I was new to the world of senior housing and had heard horror stories but the staff at Anthology of Plano has proved them all wrong. I have a loved one here who is so happy. She gets much better meals than she did at home, she had made friends and I'm always astonished at the fact that everyone there knows her name. I am so grateful that I found Anthology of Plano. I have been searching for a warm, nurturing facility for my father. He requires care in his day to day activities, and to make sure he takes his necessary medications. The community has welcomed him, and cared for him. My mom, sisters, and I are comforted by the quality of care he receives, and the knowledge that there is 24 hour medical care. My mom has lived at Anthology 3 years and absolutely LOVES everything about the community. The staff is very professional and warm and the residents are friendly and engaging. They allow my mom to strike the perfect balance by keeping to herself when she needs her space and remaining as social as she needs. Mom loves that the staff respects her privacy and allows her independence.
The staff here truly care about the happiness and well-being of the residents they serve, and it's evident from their caregivers up to their Executive Director! No one there is afraid to jump in and help, including their marketing team. They are the living definition of team work.
