As home buyers, Vince Kruse provided excellent customer service by providing a multitude of options in which he explained in a comprehend-able manner for us to make our decision. He worked diligently to secure the best rate and advocated for us with the seller's agent, the title company, and everyone else that had participation in the close. I will use Vince Kruse for all future loan instances (new or refi).

Vince was the perfect choice to guide us during the refinancing process. We hadn't done it before, and Vince was a great balance of patience and responsiveness for our questions --- even adjusting to our impromptu schedule of having a baby! The timing wasn't great, but he worked with us and ended up visiting us in the hospital to finalize everything. The entire process was very smooth with no pressure.
