I had a great experience working with Vince. Not only was he very timely on responses, he was a great resource throughout the buying process. I even switched lenders through the process, so Vince had a short window to make everything happen, and it went very smoothly. After notifying another lender and getting no response I called Vince. He responded immediately. He was very professional and extremely efficient. Vince was able to walk us through the process with ease. His knowledge of the process and his foresight of questions that will be asked made the this complicated process/document an easy to understand, simple, painless process. I have worked with lenders in the past who don't care at all. Vince genuinely seemed to care about taking care of us and walking us through everything.

Vince was both helpful and knowledgable. He kept us up to date on where we were in the loan process. Finally he was even able to help out with questions on the house we were selling even though he was not handling that loan process.

Vince assisted me in purchasing my condo. There was a lot of confusing paperwork throughout the whole process, but Vince made it run seamlessly. He answered all of my questions with clear explainations. He was easy to reach and his response time was rapid. He also was very patient ( it took me over a year to decide to actually purchase). As home buyers, Vince Kruse provided excellent customer service by providing a multitude of options in which he explained in a comprehend-able manner for us to make our decision. He worked diligently to secure the best rate and advocated for us with the seller's agent, the title company, and everyone else that had participation in the close. I will use Vince Kruse for all future loan instances (new or refi).

Vince was the perfect choice to guide us during the refinancing process. We hadn't done it before, and Vince was a great balance of patience and responsiveness for our questions --- even adjusting to our impromptu schedule of having a baby! The timing wasn't great, but he worked with us and ended up visiting us in the hospital to finalize everything. The entire process was very smooth with no pressure.
