I have bought three houses with loans from Vince. He is extremely knowledgeable and more importantly he makes the process EASY. I have referred him to several friends and family who have all came back to me to tell me how wonderful their house buying experience was and how easy Vince made the whole process. I look forward to buying many more homes and Vince will always be my mortgage guy.

Vince is the best. He knows the ins-and outs of every aspect of the loan process, gives recommendations, plays out different options and scenarios that might be best for each borrower's circumstances. He is incredibly responsive/knowledgeable. I have recommended Vince to many friends and family over the years and would never use anyone else. I am a big believer in using reviews/ratings online, so I take these very seriously. You won't regret using Vince!

Vince reached out to us about refinancing our 30 year mortgage. We just bought a house less than a year ago so we didn’t think about refinancing. We are so glad that Vince reached out to us because we are going to save tons of cash! Vince got the refinance complete extremely fast and was always available to answer any questions. We would highly recommend Vince to home buyers or anyone looking to refinance.

Vince made the refinance process easy and understandable. He took the time to answer any of our questions on the detailed paperwork required, and followed up with us directly after to make sure everything was satisfactory. In addition, we had a personal issue come up months after the refi was finished, and I called just to get some clarification from his point of view. Not only did Vince answer the question, he also took the time to follow up with our mortgage company to make sure everything was accurate and as it should be.... read more

I initially wasn't sure whether refinancing was right for me. Vince carefully explained my options, laying out the pros and cons of each one. He took the time to listen to what was important to me. Once I felt confident in the decision I was making, he made the process very easy and seamless. I would highly recommend Vince Kruse to anyone who is considering a home loan or refinance!

Vince was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went smooth due to his help! Will recommend him to all. Knowing that we had him on our side made the hole process less stressful. Vince came highly recommended and i can definitely see why.

Everything was as smooth as it could have gone. Vince had great communication. Anytime there was a question, he gave us a speedy, detailed reply. He was nice, friendly, and took care of business. Awesome at his job, and an awesome guy.
