Vince was unbelievably helpful. I'm 21 and knew absolutely nothing about buying a home (obviously). The first time I called he was on vacation with his family but he still answered my questions and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. Vince was incredible to work with while buying my first home. He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and went above and beyond to get things answered for me. He worked very hard with the title company and my realtor throughout the entire process. Vince is extremely dependable and truly made the buying my home an easy experience. I had a great experience working with Vince. Not only was he very timely on responses, he was a great resource throughout the buying process. I even switched lenders through the process, so Vince had a short window to make everything happen, and it went very smoothly. Vince was also very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the process, and at closing. On the day I closed the updated tax figures came out, which Vince caught. Vince was able to walk us through the process with ease. His knowledge of the process and his foresight of questions that will be asked made the this complicated process/document an easy to understand, simple, painless process. I have worked with lenders in the past who don't care at all. Vince genuinely seemed to care about taking care of us and walking us through everything.

Vince was both helpful and knowledgable. He kept us up to date on where we were in the loan process. Finally he was even able to help out with questions on the house we were selling even though he was not handling that loan process.
